What is a non-negotiable for you in ACL rehab? 

Strength testing throughout any pre-op, post-op, and non-op ACL journey is key and absolutely non-negotiable. But it's not just about the testing itself - it's the education that comes with it that allows for realistic goal-setting, managing expectations along a lengthy ACL rehab, and making sure we are consistently working as a team to meet the ACLer's goals!

Why do you support THE ACL CLUB? 

The journey after an ACL surgery or injury is long. It’s tedious. It’s far from easy and it takes a lot of patience BUT having a sense of community and camaraderie that The ACL Club motivates and encourages ACLers throughout their journey AND is an invaluable resource to make sure ACLers are getting the type of care they deserve!
